Verdelume Ltd. provides reliable domestic delivery across the United Kingdom for all cosmetic and personal care products. Orders are dispatched from our regional fulfilment centre to ensure freshness, prompt handling, and safe arrival at your address.

Timeframes are counted in business days from dispatch. Remote areas may require an additional 1-2 days.
Order processing
Orders placed before 13:30 on a business day are dispatched that same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the following business day. A confirmation email with the order number is sent as soon as the order is placed.
All cosmetic formulations, glass dropper bottles, and jars are packed in impact-resistant corrugated boxes with interior paper cushioning. Liquid containers feature tamper-evident tamper seals and secondary containment sleeves to shield against temperature variations and transit vibration.
Tracking your parcel
Once your order is processed, a unique tracking reference is transmitted directly via email and SMS. You can monitor the parcel dispatch status, transit updates, and estimated delivery window through the designated carrier portal.
Lost or delayed parcel
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will open a trace with the courier and, at your choice, either resend the order or refund it in full within 10 business days of the claim.
Damaged on arrival
Inspect the exterior parcel upon delivery. If physical damage or leakage is identified, document the outer container and affected cosmetic goods with photographs, retain all original packing materials, and notify customer care at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a prompt replacement.
Payment methods
We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We will never request card or online-banking details by email or telephone.
Delivery outside United Kingdom
We deliver to selected countries. The cost and expected timeframe for each destination are shown at checkout before payment is taken. Any import duties, where applicable, remain the recipient's responsibility.
