Returns & Refunds
Any item purchased from Verdelume may be returned within 30 days of delivery, for whatever reason you may have. This page sets out the conditions, the process, who bears the cost, and how the refund is issued.
Conditions
To qualify for a refund within the 30-day return window, cosmetic products must remain unopened, unused, fully sealed in their original cartons, and accompanied by the original delivery packing slip. Any broken shrink-wrap or ruptured bottle seal immediately revokes return eligibility.
How to arrange a return
- Submit a written return request referencing your order number to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your package
- Receive your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) reference and official UK return warehouse address instructions
- Pack the unsealed, intact cosmetic goods securely within strong protective shipping cartons to prevent transit breakage
- Receive your approved refund via direct bank transfer within 3-10 business days after our return facility completes physical hygiene verification
Who pays return shipping
Where the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we bear the cost, either through a prepaid label or an arranged courier collection. Where you have simply changed your mind, the return postage falls to you; nothing further is deducted.
Refund timing and method
The refund is issued within 3 business days once the item passes inspection. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you name; bank-transfer orders are returned to the same account. Banks typically post the funds within 1-5 business days.

Exchanges
To exchange for a different size, variant, or product, follow the return steps and place a fresh order; we refund the returned item as soon as it reaches us. Where the exchange results from our error, the new order is shipped at no charge.
Cancelling an order
An order may be cancelled without charge at any point before dispatch. Please write to [email protected] with the order number. Once dispatched, the return procedure applies instead.
