These terms govern every order placed through verdelume.info, operated by Verdelume Ltd.. By placing an order, you accept them. Please read them alongside our Delivery, Returns, and Privacy pages.

The goods
Cosmetic and topical personal care items, including botanical facial serums, moisturising balms, body emulsions, cleansing bars, and associated routine skin-conditioning accessories intended for external cosmetic maintenance. Product pages describe the contents, quantity, and form of each item. Photographs are illustrative; packaging may vary slightly.
Ordering and contract
An order is placed once checkout is completed. We confirm it by email; the contract is formed at the point of dispatch. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable or details cannot be verified, and any payment made will be refunded in that case.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Accepted methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We may correct an evident pricing error prior to dispatch and shall invite you to confirm or cancel the order.

Delivery options, timeframes, and costs are detailed on the Delivery & Payment page. Risk passes to you once the goods are handed over.
Product images and colours
Product photographs depict the goods as shipped. Colours seen on your screen depend on its calibration, the browser, and the lighting in the room; a slight difference in shade is not a defect and does not constitute grounds for a free return or compensation. Dimensions, materials, and contents are stated on each product page.
Transfer of risk
The goods remain our responsibility until the courier delivers them to you or to the person named at the address provided. From that moment, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you. Any visible transport damage should be noted with the courier and reported to us within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery, as set out on the Returns page. Verdelume Ltd. warrants that all products comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are of satisfactory quality, fit for intended cosmetic application, and correspond strictly with their on-pack descriptions. Notice of cosmetic defect must be submitted within statutory limitation periods.
- Customised, tailored, or specially blended cosmetic batches produced upon request
- Perishable cosmetic formulations with an immediate natural expiry or stability timeline
- Opened, unsealed, or sampled cosmetic items where protective internal hygiene seals have been broken after delivery, pursuant to statutory health protection rules
- Goods that become inseparably mixed with other liquids, compounds, or materials following handover
- Digital beauty consultations, electronic routine guides, or downloadable resources unsealed or accessed by the consumer
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws of England and Wales, the total cumulative liability of Verdelume Ltd. for any claim arising from order processing, dispatch, or product supply shall not exceed £100 or the total order price paid by the consumer, whichever is lower. Nothing in these terms restricts liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Age and use
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. Products should be used as described on the label; they are not intended as a substitute for medical advice.
Governing law and disputes
These terms, purchases, and any associated non-contractual disputes are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Kingdom. Should a disagreement not be resolved through direct correspondence with us, it shall be referred to the competent court of our registered address, without prejudice to any consumer rights afforded to you in your country of residence.
